- How much does shipping cost?
- CoolZips charges a $2.99 Flat Rate Shipping and Handling on all orders shipped within the United States.
- Other sites charge by either total weight or total cost; we don't. Whether you purchase $1 or $100 worth of items from CoolZips, we only charge a Flat Rate $2.99 for US orders.
- Orders shipped to Puerto Rico and Canada are based on weight and start at US $2.99.
- Canadian Orders - Additional custom fees may be applicable at time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

- When will my order ship?
- All orders placed on CoolZips.com are processed and shipped within three business days.
- All orders are shipped First Class using the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Michigan. Once your order has shipped, and depending on your location (delivery for rural areas can take longer):
- US: First Class Mail - Estimated delivery time: 3-7 days.

- It's been two weeks and I haven't received my order.
- When a package is not delivered, it is usually a result of the wrong shipping address being entered during the checkout process.
- If an incorrect address is actually a real address, the recipient may decide to either keep, discard, or return the items to us.
- If the address has an incorrect Street Number, Street Name, City, State, or Zip Code, the US Postal Service cannot deliver the package. The package is then marked Return To Sender and can take anywhere from weeks to months for us to receive it back.
- CoolZips is not responsible for the delivery of orders when an incorrect shipping address is provided by you when you place your order. In addition, CoolZips will not provide a refund or re-ship your order under these circumstances.
- If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you for the correct address and re-ship the order provided that you pay for the shipping costs.

- I completed the Checkout Process, but did you receive my order?
- When you place your order on CoolZips.com, you should receive an email notification within 15 minutes letting you know that we received your order.
- So, please make sure that you enter the correct email address during registration and/or checkout.

- I placed items in my Shopping Cart last week, but when I went to checkout today, I couldn't purchase them.
- We only sell items that are In Stock.
- Items cannot be reserved. If you place an item in your shopping cart (whether it was two minutes ago or two weeks ago) and then another customer purchases the last quantities of that item before you can checkout, the system marks the items as Out Of Stock and you cannot purchase them.

- Can I place a pre-order for an item that is not in stock?
- We do not take pre-orders. We only sell items that we have In Stock.

Returns
- How do I return an item?
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from CoolZips.
- However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return or exchange items within 10 days of the order shipment date. Items must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
- When returning or exchanging merchandise, please follow the instructions listed in our Return Policy.
