All orders purchased on CoolZips.com will be processed within three business days. In the event that an item is backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. CoolZips reserves the right to replace an out of stock item with the same item of a different color.

All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on your choice of shipping method, once your order has been processed:
