CoolZips Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

1. Email Returns@CoolZips.com for return authorization. Please indicate items and reason for return.
   
   
2. Return items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unopened.
   
   
3. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
   
   
4. Include a copy of the invoice that came with your order.
   
   
5. On the invoice, circle or highlight the item that you are returning.
   
   
6. Return items to:

7. Once we recieve the returned item, a full refund will be credited to the credit card used for purchase, less shipping charges.

Exchanges

1. Email Returns@CoolZips.com for exchange authorization. Please indicate items and reason for exchange.
   
   
2. Return items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unopened.
   
   
3. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
   
   
4. Include a copy of the invoice that came with your order.
   
   
5. On the invoice, circle or highlight the item that you are exchanging and indicate the replacement CoolZips of equal value on the invoice.

7. Once we recieve the item for exchange, the new product will be shipped to you. Shipping charges will be billed to the credit card used for original purchase.
